We are in the next phase of planning for the proposed Bayside Netball Centre.

In the coming weeks we will be finalising the designs and progressing the plans before the project goes out for tender. A preferred construction contractor will be appointed in November/December.

We have created a new project page on Council’s website where we’ll be sharing information as the project progresses. Subscribers to the Have Your Say page will be automatically added to the email list and will continue to receive updates.

We have updated the website with the architectural drawings of the centre and site layout.

The project still requires the finalisation of a Community Joint Use Agreement based on the Department of Education and Training’s standard template. This is presently in discussion between the Council, the VSBA and the School.

Construction is expected to commence over the 2021/22 summer school holidays and will be delivered by the Victorian School Building Authority.
