Special Meeting of Council

22 February 2021

Council has made some revisions to the report that will be presented at the Special Meeting of Council on Thursday 25 February 2021 at 6pm.

The report provides a broader update for the proposed development of sports facilities (Netball and sportsground) at Sandringham College – Holloway Road and includes the following items for discussion:

  • Recommendations from an acoustic report associated with the proposal
  • Overview of the findings from the community engagement process
  • Updated Traffic Management Plan
  • Site context plan

Written statements

All written statements received to the 16 February 2021 Ordinary Meeting of Council (in relation to the Bayside Netball Centre – Holloway Road proposal) will be carried over for consideration at the Special Meeting of Council to be held at 6pm on Thursday 25 February 2021.

Public questions

All Public Questions received to the 16 February 2021 Ordinary Meeting of Council have been responded to in writing. Council’s Governance Rules do not provide for public question time at a Special Meeting of Council, therefore further public questions cannot be considered at this meeting.

Live stream meeting

Due to density and distancing requirements for indoor public spaces, the Special Meeting of Council will be held without members of the public present; however, the meeting will be live-streamed via Council’s website from 6pm on Thursday 25 February 2021.
