Decision making process

The community's feedback gathered through this public consultation will be provided to the Community Panel to assist with their deliberations. The Community Panel's feedback will inform the Council Report that will aid the Councillors' decision on the final Council Plan 2021 - 2025 and the Financial Plan. The full project timeline is provided below to illustrate the overall process.

    10,000 randomly selected households will be sent invitations from the Mayor in the week beginning 1 March 2021 to participate in a Community Panel

    Applications to participate in the Community Panel must be received by 19 March 2021

    Community feedback is invited via this Have Your Say platform from 25 March - 15 April 2021

    Successful applicants advised

    The independent company (Sortition Foundation) will advise successful applicants of their acceptance on Panel from 29 March - 2 April 2021
