We want to hear your ideas on the kinds of community services and groups that could utilise Council’s existing building at Hurlingham Park.

Previously known as the Brighton Angler’s Club, the existing building at Hurlingham Park was also temporarily used by the Hurlingham Preschool and Brighton Playroom. Now that the children’s centre has moved back to its revitalised, permanent home, we want your ideas about the building’s future use.

  • What kinds of community services and groups do you think would be a good fit for the location?
  • What do you think is missing around the Brighton East precinct, and how can we best utilise the space?

Your feedback, along with technical plans and feasibility reports, will assist Council in bringing a fresh purpose to the space, and to help create positive and connecting experiences for the local community.

Share your ideas before consultation closes on Sunday 25 August.
