Council to consider Panel Report for Amendment C192bays

Council has received and published the Panel Report for Amendment C192bays, following the Panel Hearing held the week commencing 26 February 2024. This Panel Report provides recommendations on how the Amendment should proceed.

The Panel Report recommendations upheld Council’s request to remove 6 properties from the Amendment and recommended to delete an additional 4 properties. It supports the application of the Heritage Overlay on the remaining 50 individual places and one group listing.

Council will consider the Panel Report at its 23 July meeting and decide whether to adopt the amendment, with or without changes, and submit it to the Minister for Planning recommending approval.

A copy of all submissions and the Panel Report will be provided to the Minister for Planning at this time.
