How do you use this centre? How often do you go there? What do you like about this centre? It is proposed to define this centre as a Small Activity Centre (Highway Oriented) to acknowledge and protect its role in providing retail/commercial uses that require a high exposure/main road location. Height limits in this centre are proposed to increase from 2 to 4 storeys. This centre is currently zoned Residential 1 which allows for residential development and a limited range of other non-residential uses to serve local community needs. It is proposed to change this to Mixed Use which provides for a range of residential, commercial, industrial and other uses. Further information in the Design Profile
