It is proposed to define this centre as a Small Neighbourhood Activity Centre to acknowledge and protect its role in providing daily conveniences and local services. Height limits in this centre are proposed to increase from 2 to 3 storeys. This centre is currently zoned Commercial 1 Zone which allows retail, office, business, entertainment, community and residential use. There is no change proposed to the zoning of this centre.
