Council does not have any involvement in the developer’s webinars beyond facilitating the pre-submission of questions for Webinar 2 and presenting information at the end of the webinar about the Council’s role as the responsible statutory authority for assessing the proposed Development Plan.

The content of the developer's webinars cannot not be considered as part of Council's assessment process. Feedback must be provided by 19 September 2021 via the submission form, upload of a written statement, or email to planningstrategy@bayside.vic.gov.au. Written statement submissions can also be delivered by hand or post to Bayside City Council, 76 Royal Avenue 3191.
