The Development Plan applicant, Sunkin Property Group, will hold a repeat webinar at 7.30pm on 7 September 2021 to outline its application and answer questions from the community.

Sunkin Property Group has asked Council to facilitate the pre-submission of community questions via a form on Council's Have Your Say website to maximise time and the number of questions that can be answered during the webinar. Community members can also ask questions live during the session.

All submitted questions may not be able to be answered during the webinar, however, Council will request that the developer provides responses to each question asked at both webinars, which will be published on the Have Your Say project website when available. This is to facilitate transparent sharing of information to inform submissions.

Council does not have any involvement in the developer’s webinars beyond facilitating the pre-submission of questions for Webinar 2 and presenting information at the end of the webinar about Council’s role as the responsible statutory authority for assessing the proposed Development Plan.
